On March 19, 2007, the court preliminary approved the Settlement and provided for the Notice of Pendency and Proposed Settlement of Class Actions to be mailed and published.  On July 25, 2007, the Honorable Judge Keenan held a Fairness Hearing to consider the fairness, reasonableness and adequacy of the Settlement and the Plan of Allocation and to consider Lead Counsel’s request for attorneys’ fees and reimbursement of expenses. The court heard argument and has taken the matter under submission.

Valid claims returned to the Claims Administrator, postmarked on or before August 31 2007, will be processed by the Claims Administrator.
